The same basic ingredients, in different forms, make a number of great remedies to combat congestion. A bath tea in a hot bath is great for loosening congestion, and the oil is more portable to breathe in and help continue to loosen the congestion.
The basic recipe for this is the Tea Time in the Bath.
The additional herbs for this brew should be mint (or peppermint), 1 part. The oil for this should be eucalyptus, about 10-20 drops. Add as much or as little as you would like, to your preference, but the intensity should be with the eucalyptus, as it is the active part of getting rid of congestion.
